David's client-centered focus has developed through his

• 8 years of sales and marketing management experience with a division of CIGNA
• 12 total years of recruitment experience as a corporate in-house recruiter, an associate with an international search and placement firm, and as a founding partner in PathSourcePartners
• 5 years in project design and construction management with a general contractor in the light commercial and high-end residential construction markets

A life-long interest in building has fueled David's interest in sustainable and holistic building design and construction. He designed and built his first home at age 27 and continues to produce building designs today.

His open and clear communication along with an astute ability to probe and listen have earned the respect and trust of his clients' hiring managers.

Laurie Costenborder brings her experience as an organizational leader and her exceptional interpersonal skills to PathSourcePartners.

Laurie's communication and business skills have been acquired through:

• 10 years of experience as an educator
• 6 years as a spiritual leader and teacher after obtaining a Masters of Divinity degree
• And 4 years of small-business experience in sales, marketing and sales support
