Process
Successful search and placement strategy hinges on the presence of three components: knowledge, efficiency and effectiveness. Our process incorporates elements that are proven ingredients for successful search and placement.
- Discovery Process – Strategic placement requires strategic understanding. Our process begins with the development of the Opportunity Profile for our client. Whether the client already has a defined Opportunity Profile or works with us to develop a solid opportunity statement, we ensure that we have a succinct statement that encapsulates the overall opportunity for associates of our client. We further develop the specific challenges and opportunity for candidates interested in our client’s position.
- Definition Process – Developing parameters for our search involves all three of our success components: Knowledge – using our industry knowledge and definitions of our client’s position performance profile and qualifications we create target models for our search; Efficiency and effectiveness – using our target models allow us to quickly dip into our database and our industry sources to identify prospects.
- Recruiting Process – Top candidates respond positively to opportunity when they recognize they are receiving a clear message from a highly informed source. The strength of our recruiting is centered upon our first being industry experts who are knowledgeable about our client and second on our ability to communicate in a highly professional manner. Also assurance of confidentiality is mostly conveyed in how the promise is presented and perceived.
- Candidate Presentation and Interviewing Process – Our candidate presentations are comprised of Interview Summaries (we transcribe our notes from our multiple conversations/meetings with the candidate), Documentation (we ask candidates for resume/CV, written communication of their interest, references, supporting information regarding their experience, etc.), Reference Checks (we transcribe our notes from our completed reference checks) and Discussion of our impressions of each candidate. During the interviews stage we provide coordination support, feedback processing and next-step planning or candidate release assistance.
- Placement and Follow-Up Process – We provide carefully scripted processes for negotiation discussions and offer presentations. We also assist through offer acceptance. Upon successful placement we are committed to performing adequate follow-up with the new associate throughout their initial months of employment.
