The following overview of the typical
candidate process may help you understand how we work with you
and the client company.
In a typical sequence as a candidate
you will:
- Interview with a PathSourcePartners
associate to reveal your qualifications and interests and if
you are qualified, then learn the specific details on the opportunity
in question.
- Approve your presentation to the client.
- Have a preliminary qualifying interview with a client company representative
- Discuss your interest and concerns with your PathSourcePartners
associate
- Interview on-site with various client company personnel (general
questions, review of the company and their needs/goals.) Also
interview with the immediate hiring manager and peers for the available position.
- Again discuss your level of interest and concerns with
your PathSourcePartners associate
- At this point if there is mutual verbal interest you may be asked
to complete any mandatory testing prior to receiving a written
offer.
- Prior to a written offer a verbal description of an offer will
be given to you by your PathSourcePartners associate which
requires verbal approval or renegotiation.
- Upon receipt of a final written offer, accept by making your commitment
to the terms and to a start date.
