HISTORY and MISSION
History:
PathSourcePartners began business
as an independent executive search and placement firm in 2002.
The founding partners, David Jordan and Laurie Costenborder, created
a partnership to leverage their respective backgrounds and 40+
years of combined experience. See Partner Profiles
David Jordan brought 25 years of
recruitment, management, and construction experience to lead the
accounts and recruitment functions.
Laurie Costenborder contributed
20 plus years of organizational and leadership talent to lead the
business operations.
Previous experience in the healthcare
facilities, sustainable buildings and renewable energy markets
along with predictions for strong future potential in those markets
drove the decision to specialize in those market sectors.
Within two years PathSourcePartners
has achieved recognition among industry leaders in its three primary
markets. Position focus has narrowed to concentrate on business
executives from CEO down to Project Manager.
